Which type of customer does Lozio^® deal with?

Lozio^® works with the clothing industry. Our typically industrial structure means that unfortunately, we are not able to serve home dressmakers or artisan tailors.

If my actual requirements concerning the item I need are not yet clear, can I count on a valid consultancy service to help me to define them better?

Of course, Lozio^® has an efficient Sales Office with professionally trained customer assistants who are able to answer any questions and offer you the help you need.

Can I request samples of the items I am most interested in?

Since there is an extensive variety of product ranges at Lozio^®, it is always possible to receive a sample selection to meet your specific needs within a short period of time - without invoice costs and subsequent to arrangement with our consultants. The sample is comprised of 5-10 loose items in the available finish that is closest to your requirements, for the creation of a prototype garment. Alternatively, we are happy to send you, in good time and without invoice costs, all of our product sample cards so that you can best define your own requirements.

How do I place an order?

By sending a fax or email; in any form, as long as it is written, in order to prevent unpleasant misunderstandings.

Are there minimum order amounts to be respected?

Since we manufacture on an industrial scale, there are minimum amounts which, however, may vary significantly from item to item. For this reason, it is advisable to contact our customer services.

What are your delivery times?

Lozio^® has large numbers of its most popular items in stock, and also for the fashion range. This means delivery times are almost immediate. For items that are not in stock, it is necessary to factor in a production time ranging from 4 to 5 weeks, although often significantly less. This needs to be checked with our customer services.

If I have problems applying the item in which I am interested to a garment, will I be able to count on an assistance service to help me solve this problem?

Of course. Our customer services and - if necessary, technical staff are at your disposal for fast and effective assistance.

Can I customise Lozio^® buttons or accessories with my own logo?

Certainly. There are different techniques for customising items, from engraved or relief cut designs or laser engraving, sublimation and/or screen printing, etc. which meet myriad needs both in terms of costs and minimum amounts. Being part of the fashion world - which is always creative - is it possible to develop new and innovative items with Lozio^®, which are not yet found amongst samples?

Of course. Our consolidated and long-standing experience, together with the professionalism of our customer services, are at the complete disposal of our customers, including for joint feasibility studies and for the development of new-concept items, always within the limits posed by the different technologies concerned.

Can I commission an automatic riveting machine from Lozio^® for buttons and accessories not actually made by Lozio^®?

First of all, our riveting machines were developed as a service to make it easier for customers to use our buttons and/or accessories; except in rare cases, we also accept orders for automatic riveting machines for buttons and accessories other than our own.
